2.1 To register for and use the winph4 platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and continuously thereafter:
2.2 Each individual may hold only one (1) winph4 Account. Creating or operating multiple accounts — whether using the same or different identity details — is a material breach of these Terms and may result in permanent suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances.
2.3 winph4 reserves the right to conduct identity verification (KYC) procedures at any time, including at registration, prior to processing any withdrawal, and upon detecting unusual account activity. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete identity documentation upon request, including a valid Philippine government-issued ID (PhilSys, SSS, UMID, driver's licence, or passport).
2.4 winph4 reserves the right to decline any registration application at its sole discretion, without being required to provide a reason for refusal.
3.1 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your winph4 Account credentials, including your password and any two-factor authentication codes. winph4 will never ask you to disclose your password via any channel.
3.2 You must notify winph4 immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your Account. Until such notification is received and verified, winph4 bears no liability for any activity conducted on your Account.
3.3 All wagers and transactions initiated from your Account after a valid login are presumed to have been made by you. winph4 is not liable for losses resulting from your failure to maintain account security.
3.4 You must ensure that all personal information held on your Account is accurate and kept up to date. Discrepancies between your Account information and your submitted KYC documents may result in withdrawal delays or account restrictions.
4.1 winph4 accepts deposits in Philippine Peso (PHP) via the following payment methods: GCash, PayMaya, BPI Online Banking, BDO Online Banking, and Metrobank Online Banking. Minimum deposit amounts are as displayed in the Account cashier at the time of transaction.
4.2 All funds deposited into your winph4 Wallet must originate from a payment account held in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account suspension and refund of deposited amounts to the source payment method.
4.3 Withdrawal requests are processed within the timeframes displayed in the cashier section at the time of request. winph4 targets withdrawal processing within 15–60 minutes for GCash and PayMaya, and 1–3 business hours for bank transfers, subject to KYC clearance.
4.4 winph4 reserves the right to request additional verification documentation before processing any withdrawal. This is a standard PAGCOR anti-money laundering compliance requirement and is not indicative of any suspicion against the Player.
4.5 All withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit, wherever technically possible. winph4 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts.
5.1 winph4 offers bonuses and promotions from time to time, including but not limited to welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and VIP rewards. All bonuses are subject to specific wagering requirements and terms communicated at the time of the offer.
5.2 Unless otherwise stated, bonus funds must be wagered a minimum number of times (as specified per promotion) before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. Attempts to withdraw bonus funds before meeting wagering requirements will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any winnings derived from it.
5.3 winph4 reserves the right to modify, cancel, or withdraw any promotional offer at any time, with reasonable notice provided where possible. Promotions may not be combined unless explicitly stated.
5.4 Any Player found to be abusing winph4's bonus system — including through the use of multiple accounts, coordinated wagering patterns, arbitrage strategies, or other means designed to exploit promotional terms — will forfeit all bonus-related winnings and may have their Account permanently suspended.
6.1 All games available on the winph4 platform use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology independently audited for fairness and compliance with industry standards. Published RTP values are accurate and maintained.
6.2 Game-specific rules are available within each game's interface and help section. In the event of a conflict between a game's displayed rules and these Terms, these Terms shall prevail in relation to account and payment matters; game-specific rules shall prevail in relation to in-game mechanics and payouts.
6.3 In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or system error during a game session, winph4 will endeavour to reconstruct the game state from server logs. If reconstruction is not possible, wagers placed during the affected round may be refunded to the Player's Wallet at winph4's discretion.
6.4 winph4 reserves the right to void any wager that was placed in error, was the result of an obvious system fault, or was placed in circumstances that constitute an abuse of the platform.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the winph4 platform and constitutes a material breach of these Terms:
8.1 All content on the winph4 platform — including but not limited to software, game graphics, user interface design, logos, trademarks, marketing materials, and textual content — is the exclusive intellectual property of winph4 or its licensed content providers.
8.2 Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the winph4 platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. No other rights are granted. Reproduction, distribution, or reverse-engineering of any platform content is strictly prohibited.
9.1 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, winph4's total liability to any Player in connection with any claim arising from use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
9.2 winph4 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, arising from a Player's use of or inability to use the platform, even if winph4 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
9.3 winph4 does not guarantee uninterrupted access to the platform. Scheduled maintenance, emergency system updates, or circumstances beyond winph4's reasonable control may result in temporary platform unavailability. winph4 shall not be liable for any losses arising from such unavailability.
10.1 winph4 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Player Account, with or without prior notice, upon determination that the Player has violated these Terms, engaged in fraudulent or illegal conduct, or poses a risk to the integrity of the platform or other players.
10.2 Upon termination for cause, winph4 may withhold any Account balance pending investigation. Where fraud or money laundering is confirmed, balances may be reported to and remitted to relevant Philippine law enforcement or PAGCOR authorities.
10.3 Players may voluntarily close their Account at any time by contacting winph4 support. Any remaining real-money balance will be returned to the Player's registered payment method within 5–10 business days, subject to completed KYC verification.
11.1 winph4 is committed to promoting responsible gaming in accordance with PAGCOR standards. Players are encouraged to use the platform's built-in responsible gaming tools, including deposit limits, loss limits, session time limits, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion.
11.2 Self-exclusion requests may be submitted at any time through the Account settings or by contacting winph4 support. Self-exclusion periods range from 30 days to permanent exclusion. During a self-exclusion period, the Player's Account will be disabled and all marketing communications will cease.
11.3 winph4 strictly enforces the 21-year minimum age requirement. If it is determined at any time that a Player is under 21, the Account will be immediately closed, all deposits refunded, and any winnings forfeited.
12.1 In the event of a dispute regarding any transaction, game result, bonus, or Account matter, Players should first submit a complaint through the winph4 customer support channel. winph4 will endeavour to resolve all complaints within 5 business days.
12.2 If a complaint cannot be resolved through customer support, the matter may be escalated to winph4's designated compliance officer for formal review. The compliance officer's determination shall be final and binding on both parties for matters within their scope.
12.3 For disputes that cannot be resolved internally, Players may submit a complaint to PAGCOR through PAGCOR's official dispute resolution channels.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any legal proceedings arising from or related to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the appropriate courts of the Philippines.

Material changes will be communicated to registered Players via the registered email address or via an in-platform notification at least 7 days before the changes take effect. Continued use of the winph4 platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must close your Account before the effective date.
